Final Fantasy V

Final Fantasy 5 is a masterpiece done by Square Soft. It was made in 1992 for the Super Nintendo. Sadly enough for some gamers, this work of art never made its way into the United States. (It was deemed by the American department of Square Soft that this game looked and played too much like its predecessor, Final Fantasy 4, which did make its way into American homes!) In any case, there's some ways around that. One would be to fly to England and get it there, two would be to get the Japanese version in Japan (not too good for most Americans, though), and three would be to get the ROM. What is a ROM, the unwashed masses cry. Well, a ROM is a computer program which contains all the data that makes up FF5. In order to successfully play it, you must get an "emulator". This is a program that emulates (hence the name) the actions of Super Nintendo on your computer, thus making it possible to play Super Nintendo game ROMs on your PC. The RPG Sovereignty does not have the ROM (and most likely won't), as it's not quite legal to have one unless you own the game. However, you can get it at dozens of other sites, but please don't ask me for one! This part of the Sovereignty deals with the actual game, as in plot and walkthroughs.
